When do customer pay?

Once you have ordered your required atlas copco air compressors or spare parts, you can contact us to check the details freight cost, then we you finish payment after everything confirmed with us.

Please note:

1) You are more suggested to pay with the help from your purchase consultant. He/she may choose the best payment method for you according to the real-time exchange rate.
2) If you have already decided to pay by the method you preferred, please also do remember to tell us in advance to safeguard your money and to help him/her to check the transaction status in time.

Payments with PayPal ®

Paypal ® is another method of payment online absolutely sure that you will be able to pay the order by going directly to your account. The data relating to your account and your credit card will be managed directly from Paypal, we will simply be notified via email once this has been paid.

Payments by bank transfer

If you decide to complete the order by paying by bank transfer in advance, you will receive notification by mail that will be written to the data of our account. In this case your order will be shipped after we receive the funds in your checking account. Please note that if we do not receive payment for the order within 7 working days from the date of confirmation, we will delete it in such a way as to make re-available products. Please kindly inform us the date of issuance of credit in our favor with chronic evenutale copy and code. We will show our bank details for payment by bank transfer (The bank details will be sent to you via email once you are ready to purchase with our company.)

WeChat Pay & Alipay Suggested for the International Buyers who have China payment agent

If you are regular purchaser importing lots of things from China, you may have payment contact person or payment agent in China, you are suggested to pay via WeChat Pay or Alipay or the China domestic bank transfer which is very convenient. Please contact your consultant to get a QR Code to pay in ease and safe.

Warm Notice before Payment

For the final method of payment and amount to be paid, please consult with your advisors. No matter which way you choose to pay us, the notice by e-mail about the payment details is very important, which will help us to check the payment due and secure your reservation for your benefit and interests. If we do not receive the full payment as we expected or we have reasons to believe that your payment is delayed and fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and the cancellation letter will be sent to you by e-mail properly. We are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience to you if you fail to access and view the cancellation letter. Also the photocopy of Wire/Bank Transfer or Credit Card is required to send to us by email as your payment evidence.
